This complex wine has a long and delightful finish. Our Cabernet Sauvignon is a wonderful wine with a red meat and anything chocolate.

Estate Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is crafted from our Cabernet Sauvignon which is aged for 24 months in French barrels. Bottling this wine unfiltered concentrates the color and flavors creating the heaviest bodied and most intense taste experience of all our wines. This is a wonderful wine for a gift or special occasion.

This is our first offering of a sweeter version of our French vinifera wines. Blended from stainless Chardonnay, Viognier and Syrah, 1773 is layered with flavors of strawberries, and spice. The initial burst of sweetness finishes very clean and crisp with wonderful citrus notes. This is a perfect patio wine or may be served instead of dessert.

Scarlet Mountain is an off-dry red blend of Cabernet Franc, Merlot,Chardonnay, and Cabernet Sauvignon. This wine embodies the flavors of ripe red cherries and has hints of tobacco, butter, and spice. Barrel-aged in French oak for 6 months this is a wonderfully smooth red. The perfect wine for tomato sauces, pizza, burgers, and relaxing evenings; this one of our most sought after wines.

Sultry is full-bodied red blend of Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon. Cabernet Sauvignon's dark berry flavors and Syrah's plums and black pepper make a brilliant pair. Aged for 12 months in French and American oak, Sultry has the smokiness suggested by its name. Try this wine with roast pork, spicy stew, ribs, game, and NC BBQ.

Viognier is Laurel Gray’s premier white wine. Primary fermentation is done in stainless steel tanks and the wine is aged for 9 months producing a youthful and refreshing dry white. The wine has complex aromas and flavors of apricots, peaches, tropical fruits, and honeysuckle. This wine works wonderfully with soft cheese, fruity salads, and grilled fish.
