Novices and connoisseurs alike, enjoy tasting sweet, fruity midwestern wines reminiscent of a sip stolen from grandfather’s glass, or can select subtle, slightly sweet fruit wines or seductive dry reds created in a time honored fashion from handpicked vineyard fruit. You can taste the romance at Lanthier Winery! Directions
From Indianapolis: Follow I-65 South to Columbus Indiana. Exit SR-46 East. Follow SR-46 (2nd Street) through Columbus. At the intersection of SR-46 East and SR-7 turn right or south. Follow SR-7 from Columbus through North Vernon to downtown Madison. Turn left or east onto SR-56 (Main Street) in downtown Madison. At the next traffic light of the intersection of Mill Street and Main Street turn right or south onto Mill Street. Lanthier Winery is on the right, one block from the Ohio River.

Chambourcin
A true Indiana Wine, Chambourcin grapes do well pearched on the rolling hills of the Ohio River Valley Appellation. A wonderful dry Red Wine similar to a French Beaujolais’, Chambourcin recognizes Mr. Lanthier’s European heritage. Pair with venison, veal & home cooked roasts or grilled steaks.

Chautauquablumchen
Always an annual medal winner and customer favorite, this Indiana wine is refreshing and lightly sweet. A Catawba whose name means gathering of blossoms. It's name aptly describes the fragrant bouquet that wifts up from visitors wine glasses. Serve with quiches, grilled trout and battered catfish. If you like Zinfandel you will love Chautauquablumchen.

Cranberry Grande’
Softly sweet with a "zippy" finish, this cranberry blend is a perfect match to game hen, quail or roasted turkey. Natural choice for holiday feasts, celebrations or hostess gift.

Festival Cherry
Other Indiana wineries have tried to match this dark cherry blend that has the tantalizing aroma of cherry pie, but smells much sweeter than it finishes. Another gold medal winning wine, Festival Cherry makesa magnificent wine cocktail or cooler and pairs naturally with chocolate.

Rifleport Red
Enjoy the fruitiness of the Chambourcin grape in this semi-sweet red. Excellent with pasta or steak. Released in 2007.

Rivertown Red
Another gold medal winning Indiana wine, Rivertown Red is a Baco Noir with hints of Oak but without that sometimes "bitter" taste that can sometimes over power a good red wine. Soft and easy on the palate but it still holds well with seasoned foods such as Mexican, Creole, pizza or BBQ.

Rivertown White
The name reflects the winery's location in Historic Madison Indiana. Rivertown White is the hometime favorite dry white. This award winning Indiana wine is a fruity blend that compliments oriental cuisine, grilled swordfish & oysters Rockefeller or home cooked pork roast & chicken casseroles.

Traminette
Lanthier Winery's fruity white was selected to represent the best of Indiana wines along with other award winning Indiana Traminettes when Indiana announced its "Try on Traminette" campaign. The fragrant, delicious, soft wine premiered autumn of 2002 and sells out every year. The Cellarmaster dedicated this fruity, slightly sweet, flowery wine to his beloved wife.
