Cabernet Franc
Delicate aromas and subtle flavors of blackberry and vanilla.
Cabernet Sauvignon
From 15 year old vines. Hand crafted in the old world fashion. Unbridled wild brambleberry fruit flavors tethered with a smoky, earthen finish.
Chambourcin
This single vineyard barrel-aged Chambourcin from older vines shows what this variety can do. Dark, inky color with a black cherry nose and a full range of flavors on the pallet from upfront plum & berryfruit to smoky tobacco and anise woven in a burgundian structure.
Chardonel
A hybrid varietals mix of Chardonnay and Seyval.
Chardonnay
Classic ripe flavors of sweet fig, tangerine and melon, lightly intertwined with toast and vanilla; from the new French oak of the Vogues Forest.
Meritage
This fine red wine is a blend of cabernet sauvignon, cabernet franc and merlot. Aged 14 months in American oak, it's a great accompaniment to beef, lamb and venison.
Merlot
There's only one thing wrong with this Merlot...Not enough made. A splash of Cabernet Franc to brighten the nose of Rudolph the red-nosed Unicorn.
Pinot Gris
Aromas of rose petals, apple blossoms & pears make this perfect with your favorite summer salad, outstanding with seafood or creamy pasta dishes.
Seyval
Bright, dry, crisp white with citrus notes of ripe lemon and Asian pear.
Unicorn's Slightly Embarrassed
While other wine's blush, ours stands proud with a sheepish grin. This blend from our Bordeaux red juice and Seyval was cold fermented to make this fine filly of a wine. For those with a sweeter tooth.
Vidal Blanc
With Vidal coming in at 23 brix, and perfectly clean sunkissed fruit with enough natural acidity to keep it bright, enough sweetness to keep you smiling.
Viognier
This Rhone white is a spirited filly of a wine. Bright Spunky and slightly heady. That's winespeak for 'May I have a glass to drink on the deck?'.
