Fiore Winery & Distillery Follow "the road to the red wine" to Fiore Winery and discover Fiore Winery. Located in Maryland, our La Felicetta Vineyard crowns Harford County’s Graceton Valley. The elevation (~200 meters above sea level) and proximity to the Chesapeake Bay and Susquehanna River create the perfect microclimate for consistent, bountiful harvests. Our bold, generous red wines and crisp, flawless white wines carry the bounty of our exceptional soils, full southeastern exposure, and a hillside location reminiscent of Italy's Calabrian Hills. At Fiore, we cultivate Vidal, Chambourcin, Chancellor, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, and Chardonnay vines to create our distinct and flavorful wines.

Directions
From East Baltimore, Annapolis & Washington DC: Take I-95 North to Exit 74, Fallston-Joppatowne. Turn left at the light onto Rte 152 and follow to Rte 165. Turn right onto Rte 165 and follow to Rte 24. Turn left on Rte 24 and follow to Rte 136, Whiteford Road. Turn right and continue for one mile, the winery is on the right. From West Baltimore, Towson and Western Maryland: Take I-695 to Exit 27B, Dulaney Valley Road, Rte 146. Follow Rte 146 North to Rte 23. Turn right on Rte 23, follow to Rte 165 and turn left, then follow Rte 165 to Rte 24 and turn left. Follow Rte 24 to Rte 136, Whiteford Road. Turn right and continue for one mile, the winery is on the right.

  Blueberry
Our sweet fruit wines are available in the following varieties: Peach, Blueberry, Cherry, Strawberry and Blackberry. At this time the wines are only available for purchase at the winery.
  Cabernet Franc
This estate grown Cabernet Franc is ripe, round and polished with plum and black cherry fruit. It is elegant and sophisticated on the finish, where the flavors are neatly tapered and the tannins are fine and integrated. Drink now through 2008.
  Cabernet Sauvignon
Patiently aged for 2½ years in a combination of French & American oak barrels. This full-bodied rich wine delivers a multitude of depth and an elegant bouquet. The wine exhibits many layers of complex flavors including; current, bell pepper, berry and chocolate. Complements most pasta and dishes.
  Caronte
A 60 % Merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Sangiovese blend, this wine is vinified in the traditional methods characteristic of the Piedmont region in Italy. The wine is full to medium bodied and features lingering flavors and aromas of cherry, plum and berry with smoky notes.
  Chambourcin
This estate bottled wine exhibits a deep rich, full-bodied structure with abundant flavors of cherry and plum with subtle basil and thyme notes. This varietal may well be the theme red wine of the eastern U.S. Complements most meat and pasta dishes.
  Chambourcin Proprietor's Reserve
This Estate Bottled wine was described by Decanter Magazine as ~dark violet, resembling Cru Beaujolais in color and in crisp, fresh acidity. Youthful, with vibrant black cherry and plum aromas, then earth tones with truffle, smoke and mineral hints on the finish. Bears a striking resemblance to a young Dolcetto; excellent food wine.
  Chardonnay
This crisp dry wine has developed a delightful fruit and aromatic characteristic that is complemented by the creamy-buttery barrel flavor components. With crisp acidity and mineral notes it makes a good complement to seafood or poultry dishes.
  Cherry

  Late Harvest Vidal Blanc
The 1997 growing season provided ideal conditions for the production of quality, late harvest wines in Maryland. The delicacy of its regional origin with satisfying complexities is found in this luscious, unctuous wine. A terrific before or after dinner drink.
  L'Ombra
Which means The Shade in Italian, is named for its light oak finish. This medium-bodied semi-dry wine is made from a blend of Vidal and Seyval grapes, that impart flavors and aromas of fruit and citrus. The oak finish contributes toasty vanillin components. Complements everything.
  Malvasia Bianca Dolce
Delightful aromas and flavors of honey and ripe pears with hints of pineapple and coconut. Round, lush fruit and a plush texture linger on the palate with a sweet finish of vanilla. All the flavors of a tropical vacation.
  Malvasia Bianca Gelata
This Malvasia was havasted at 27 Brix of sugar. After crushing and pressing the juice was frozen and the ice was removed, raising the juice up to 40 Brix. The wine was bottled with approx. 18% residual sugar. The Fruit creates a luscious flavor of honey apricots and spices. A true dessert wine that should be sipped at the end of a meal. It goes extraordinarily well with pastries, ice creams and fruits.
  Maryland Merlot
Medium-bodied dry red wine with a deep ruby color and ripe plum and raspberry nose. This wine exhibits a rich velvety texture with flavors of chocolate and oak with a long silky finish.
  Riesling
A firm, minerally wine that shows plenty of resonant Riesling fruit wrapped in a well-balanced, medium-body frame. This medium bodied semi-dry wine complements seafood and poultry.
  Scarlette
A delightful sweet red wine made from a blend of Concord and white wine. This popular wine features the distinctive jam-like flavor of the Concord grape. Bursting with robust flavor, this wine is the perfect complement for fruits and desserts or by itself as an invigorating cooler.
  Strawberry

  The Blush of Bel Air
Predominately made from Maryland grown Vidal grapes, this wine is blended pink with barrel-aged Chambourcin. The unique blend adds a touch of tannin to the long crisp fruit finish. One of our most popular every-day drinking wines that complements just about everything.
  Vidal Blanc
A well-balanced medium-bodied dry wine with a crisp citrus finish. This floral wine exhibits aromas of apricot and apple, and finishes with a crisp fruity, slightly spicy, flavor. This wine exhibits characteristics similar to that of a dry Riesling. Complements seafood and poultry.
  Vignoles
Our vintners choice for the festival. This unique wine is very floral and imparts abundant aromas of tropical fruit and apricot. The aromatic character is enhanced by flavors of melon and pineapple. This medium bodied semi-dry wine delivers a crisp finish and is an excellent complement for seafood and spicy dishes.
  Zinnavo
Marylands first bi-coastal proprietary wine. Polished and very elegant, the 1999 vintage exhibits pure, sumptuous, ripe raspberry and black cherry flavors. A blend of Zinfandel, Maryland Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. Impeccably balanced and integrated for very smooth drinking now.
