Cabernet Sauvignon
(Deep red and hearty) Cabernet Sauvignon is a hearty wine with deep red color and the taste of black current and blackberries. It goes well with beef, and is also a great match for brie, cheddar cheese and chocolate.

Chardonnay
(Crisp, medium bodied, wonderful) The "Queen of the Whites" a crisp, balanced, medium bodied wine that captures the lush richness of the grapes character; with ripe apple and citric flavors. This wonderful wine delivers a smooth lingering hint of vanilla on the finish. Best served with simply peppered pork, poultry, pasta, and fish as well as fried and mildly spicy food.

This distinctive wine is named after the tall, stately stone cliffs banking Grand Lake O' the Cherokees. Route 66 White is medium dry and fruity with a velvet finish. It's distinctive flavor is derived from the French American grape Vidal. Pairs well with seafood, salads and appetizers.

(Lighter bodied red, yummy) Summerside Vineyards wines are creates by Butler & Sons (and the help of many friends!) Although "Butler" is an occupational name, it began with a slightly different meaning. In Medieval times, the Butler was the keeper of the cellar keys of large households and, therefore in charge of the wine. This was a position of considerable trust, and in that since, we "Butlers" thank you for your trust, as well as your kindred spirit. Enjoy the taste of this sweet lighter-bodied wine.
