Angel Chardonnay
We introduce the newest addition to our wine collection. Angel Chardonnay revels in a tropical halo of fruity aromas with an ethereal citrus influence and a hint of papaya and pineapple. A fruit forward signature qualifies this wine as a top contender! This angelic wine is sure to ring bells with its soft entry and lingering acidity that result in a heavenly smooth finish. Angel Chardonnay is a blend of barrel and tank fermented Chardonnay with a touch of Vidal.

Black Dog
A unique blend of Cabernet, Merlot and Chambourcin produces this exceptionally smooth semi-dry red wine. Its appealing spicy character and medium body enhance many dishes as well as light hors d'oeuvres. It's obviously well bred!

Blushing Dog
A refreshing semi-dry blush wine made from a distinctive blend of Vidal Blanc and Riesling with a touch of red wine for the inviting blush color. Lush aromas of flowers are balanced by crisp acidity. Excellent on its own or with a summer picnic.

Cabernet Franc
This vintage of Cabernet Franc offers rich, robust flavors of blackberries and black cherries. The finish never disappoints the palate and features lingering, mature tannins.

Cabernet Sauvignon
Cabernet grapes from a select group of Virginia vineyards are fermented and aged in American and French oak. Rich layers of black cherry, raspberry, cassis and chocolate characterize this dry wine. The silky finish reveals traces of buttery oak and ripened fruit.

Chambourcin
The deep violet hues are a preview of the layers of complexity and flavors that our Chambourcin has to offer. This lush wine features abundant fruity aromas leading into rich flavors of blackberry and blueberry. Classic characteristics of Virginia terrior are entwined with spice, rich earthiness and a hint of oak.

Chardonnay
Our Chardonnay is a well-rounded wine with a buttery finish and aromas of apple, pineapple and pear. Essences of vanilla and honey derived from French oak carry through the mid-palate to provide a lingering aftertaste and full mouth feel. The rich complexity of flavors was achieved by separate fermentation of grapes from four Virginia vineyards. The wine was barrel fermented and aged sur lies (on the yeast) for ten months.

Frosty Dog (Late Harvest Vidal)
Dessert wine extraordinaire! Our winemaking team slowly presses frozen Vidal Blanc grapes, obtaining a concentrated, aromatic juice to ferment into a delightful wine. Flavors of pear and melon with a hint of spice lead to a velvety finish. This unique wine can also be served as an aperitif.

Our Dog Blue
This popular white wine is a semi-sweet blend of Riesling with a small amount of Vidal. Aromas of mint, honeydew and apricot highlight the soft finish of this soothing wine. Serve chilled with fruits and cheeses or with spicy Chinese food.

Petit Verdot
2008 Petit Verdot is rich with berry and earthy fallen-leaf aromas. Garnet colored, rich with berry and earthy augmented by leather and black pepper, all supported by a generous solid tannic structure and a toasty finish. Try Petit Verdot with juicy grilled steaks or sharp cheeses.

Pinot Noir
Aromas of strawberries compliment soft flavors of cherries and raspberries in this light bodied wine. Hints of vanilla add to the finish.

Red Mountain Laurel

Reserve Chambourcin
This elegant yet powerful wine has flavors of warm rich fruit with a subtle aroma of smoky ripe cherries. Complexity from the addition of Cabernet Franc is integrated with toasty nuances from French Oak. Pair with turkey and venison dishes or serve for special occasions.

Sweet Mountain Laurel
A unique and refreshingly sweet dessert style wine made from Native American grape varieties. Vidal Blanc
Vidal is blended with one of our favorite Rieslings to provide tartness in this stainless steel-aged vintage wine. Generous aromas of peach and pineapple are well balanced by a firm acidity. Delicate tropical flavors make this a perfect summer sipping wine.

Voignier
This Rhone varietal is known for its delicate body and aromas of apricot and peach. Soft nuances of vanilla are perfectly balanced with a crisp clean finish. Lemony accents in the finish make it ideal with seafood or cream sauces.
