Chateau Ross Big Bitch Red
Big Bitch Red 2004 is named for our beloved Rottweiler named Caymus. Sadly, Caymus passed away in 2006, but her namesake bold Tennessee red wine carries on. This dry red is a blend of grape varieties grown in our Tennessee vineyards, aged in oak barrels. Alcohol content: 12%.
"McMahan is dedicated to our grandmother, Stella McMahan Hancock."
|
Chateau Ross Festival Cabernet Sauvignon
was produced at our Tennessee winery, near Springfield, from Washington State Cabernet Sauvignon grapes.
|
Chateau Ross Maison Rouge
is another wine in our Artist Series featuring a painting from local artist, Creason Clayton. This is our alter ego to our McMahan. It is 75% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Franc and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon. Big, full bodied red wine.
|
Chateau Ross Meadowlark Merlot
Meadowlark Merlot 2004 is an extremely full bodied red that is not for the meek or white wine lover. It is big and beefy with a gorgeous aroma of smoke and blueberries with intense color that will stain your teeth. The finish has a long hang time with layers of black fruits on the finish. This wine screams for a steak!
|
Chateau Ross Passion Red
Passion 2003 is a blend of Chambourcin grapes from our Tennessee vineyards and Zinfandel from California, aged in oak barrels. The result is dry, bold and spicy with a lingering finish. Passion was minimally processed, to bring out all the natural qualities in the grapes, grown at our estate near Springfield, Tennessee, and sourced from California.

Chateau Ross Viognier
(pronounced vee-on-ya') is one of the first white wines we made in 2004. Even though is has lots of tropical fruit all the way to the finish, it is a dry wine. Great with chicken, fish, or right off the ice chest at the lake.
|
Creason
Creason 2004 is dedicated to our late friend, Creason Clayton. The label is the last painting that Creason did for us. We will miss him! It is a blend of 75% Cabernet Franc and 25% Zinfandel. This Estate wine is elegant with layers of red fruits cascading on the finish. It is the perfect red wine for game or fowl.

Peachy Keen
Peachy Keen is a delicious, fruity and crisp wine made from Tennessee fresh peaches, styled with just a slight amount of sweetness on the palate. Enjoy with a luncheon or brunch. Alcohol content: 12%.
|
Petite Sirah
Petite Sirah 2003 is an extremely full bodied red that is not for the meek or white wine lover. It is big and beefy with a gorgeous aroma of smoke and blueberries with intense color that will stain your teeth. The finish has a long hang time with layers of black fruits on the finish. This wine screams for a steak!
