Created from Riesling and Chardonnay, a marriage of these two grapes has created a silky-bodied delight that blushes in the light. Aromas of strawberry and honeydew, with an overtone of apricot arise from the glass and follow through on the palate with the addition of the flavors of grapefruit and lime. This refined blend has a vitality that leaves us with a crisp, clean finish, and was created to be enjoyed chilled this spring and summer. 47 cases produced season.

A delicate hint of cherry and vanilla arise from this glass of pink amber wine. This dry vintage is made entirely of our pinot noir grapes. It offers a light, but surprisingly complex version of this Willamette Valley Classic. It opens with flavors of strawberry and red plum. White pepper overlays a mellow mineral base and finishes with a breadth of floral spices. This wine is a companion to light meals and conversation. 115 cases produced.

This wine is a dark delight. The nose is pungent and spicy. It bursts onto the palate, bright with the jammy flavors of black current, mulberry and blackberry, tempered by oak it presents an undertone of wild rose hips and brown spice. This is a juicy, structured vintage, sturdily tannic, with a balance of crisp acids. This zesty wine stands alone or compliments a thick porterhouse or ribeye.

This is a wine firm and tannic in character, deep midnight in color, with a pungent, spicy aroma. You are introduced by a subtle waft of violets, to a harmonious blend of golden raisins, cloves, rich black cherry, black currants and peppercorn. The long smooth finish echoes its’ strength of character with a bite of brown spice; enjoy it with hearty fare.
