2005 Pinot Noir, Vintage Reserve
This is the most recent Vintage Reserve release sine our 2001. We only make a reserve when a vintage shows exceptional quality and true characteristics of the Pinot Noir grape. This limited production has had extended time in French Oak to enhance it's inherent character. With a devotion to quality possible only through personal attention, every bottle is made with the philosophy to produce an exquisite had crafted Pinot Noir. On the palate this wine is supple and round with flavors of smoky fruits and spices.
|
2005 Red Hill Pinot Noir
From the Umpqua Valley, the Red Hill vineyard has its own characteristics, producing aromas of cherry, clove, and leather. On the palate the wine is supple and round. This wine possesses a fruit forward style that is ready to drink.
|
2006 Oregon Chardonnay
An elegant dry white wine with subtle notes of green apple, melon, and spice. This Burgundian style Chardonnay emphasizes finesse and balance rather than power, with a pleasing crisp texture and long, clean finish. The absence of oak brings out the true flavors of quality chardonnay grapes. This delicious wine will complement a wide range of foods, particularly poultry and seafood.
|
2006 Oregon Pinot Gris Willamette Valley
The 2004 Pinot Gris bursts from the glass with intense fruit aromas. Irresistible fruit flavors are supported by an elegantly rich texture and a surprisingly crisp finish. The absence of oak and superb acid balance allows the subtle floral, mineral, and spice notes to deftly add complexity to the dominant fruitiness. Late harvested grapes from the high elevation Cloudrest Vineyard contribute unique grassy meadow subtleties to the finished wine.

2006 Pinot Noir Willamette Valley
This wine exhibits a beautiful garnet color and aromas of dark cherry, red currant with a bit of vanilla finish from the oak barrels. The wine is heartier bodied than our 2005 vintage with a very nice balanced structure.

2007 Muller Thurgau
Muller Thurgau is a variety that is a crossing of Riesling and Sylvaner…. It is early maturing and grows well in cool climates, most known in Germany, Austria, New Zealand and Oregon. Delicious, fruity & lightly aromatic. Perfect for summer sipping or pairing with our region's abundant seafood. Available exclusively in our tasting room and online
|
2007 Oregon White Riesling Willamette Valley
This semi-sweet, Spatlese-style Riesling exhibits aromas of honeysuckle and pear followed by crisp apple-like flavors accented by honey and floral notes. A cold, wet April delayed bud break, but then came the scorching July heat wave. We had 21 days over 90 degrees, which was only two days short of the all-time record. These vineyard blocks of Riesling were some of the oldest in the Willamette Valley (planted in the mid-1970's).
