Our Cabernet Sauvignon is a full bodied red wine made in the “Old World” style, our wine exhibits a complexity of herbal and earthy tones with underlying fruit characteristics that Cabernet Sauvignon is known for. Complemented with a smooth acidity and accompanied with a pleasant back pallet our wine will graciously pair with a large variety of meals such as pastas, poultry and red meat. Aged for 10 months in light French oak barrels. Excellent at room temperature, best at 68F. Though enjoyable now, best if opened between 2010 - 2015.

Our Merlot is a full bodied red wine with deep fruity aromas and jamy flavors, silky mid-pallet and a smooth creamy acidity. A typical merlot!!! This wine will graciously complement a large variety of meals such as pastas, poultry and red meat. Aged for 10 months in light French oak barrels. Excellent at room temperature, best at 68F. Though enjoyable now, best if opened between 2010 - 2015.

Our Norton is a dry, crisp, medium bodied Rose style wine with intense fruit forwardness on the pallet. This wine will graciously complement a large variety of meals such as pastas, poultry and seafood. Aged for 10 months in light French oak barrels has given this wine a soft and creamy pallet while retaining its lengthy acidity, heady perfume and spicy character. Excellent chilled or at room temperature, best between 55-68F. The Norton is the true American grape, propagated by Thomas Jefferson; Norton once ruled the hillsides of Virginia. Also known as Cynthiana, Norton has been returned to popular winemaking and is reminiscent of a fine Beaujolie.

Our Viognier is a dry, crisp, medium bodied white wine with tropical aromas and flavors of mangos, papayas and plantains. This wine will graciously complement a large variety of meals such as pastas, poultry and seafood. Aged for 8 months in light French oak barrels has given this wine a soft and creamy pallet while retaining its lenghty acidity.
