With help from his close neighbors and winemakers he has gained the knowledge and understanding of the wine industry. Now back at home in Texas he brings the styles of wine and wine making crafts from the region of Sonoma County to the Texas Wine Industry.

Blanc de Noir, North Coast, Private Reserve
Pale salmon hue leads to a bouquet of light yeast, rose pedals and cookie dough. Bright citrus greets the palate and lingers along a dry finish with a delicate hint of ginger. Pairs well with Asian food or prosciutto-wrapped melon.

Sourced from the famed Simoneau Ranch vineyard in Sonoma County’s Alexander Valley. Brilliant Yellow-gold in color with overtones of honeyed- caramel-crème brulee in the nose.
