This late harvest wine is made from our own Vidal Blanc grapes. This light to medium bodied wine has a soft pleasing acid balance with hints of pear, lemon and vanilla. Serve chilled with lighter dishes or desserts.

A fuller bodied Chambourcin produced from the grapes in Simmons Vineyard. American Oak with currant and blackberry flavors. This smooth rich wine is a fruitier-style dry red wine that is best served with red meats and pasta dishes at room temperature.

A delicate medium-light bodied dry white wine from our own Chardonel grapes. This wine contains citrus/apple flavors. Serve chilled and excellent with poultry, seafood and salads.
