Crimson Arrow Port 2008 Sweet Missouri Dessert Wine
The land where Chandler Hill now stands was once the home for Osage and Illini Indians. Evidence of their culture can still be found today as arrow heads are frequently discovered on the property. This intense dessert wine is aged in both French and American oak barrels and offers powerful aromas of black cherry, currants and black pepper.

Great Heron Vidal Blanc 2008 Semi-Dry Missouri White Wine
This semi dry Vidal Blanc shares many of the same aspects found in the Lone Oak, but leans toward the sweeter side. The sugar content is complimented perfectly by a well balanced acidity. The wine’s name references a long time resident of the property, a Great Blue Heron that has nested near the secluded lake at Chandler Hill for years. The wine offers flavors of ripe stone fruits and a refreshing, lingering finish.

Old Bridge Chambourcin 2006 Missouri Dry Red Wine
The meandering road to Chandler Hill takes travelers along the scenic Femme Osage Creek. The historic bridge is gone but a new one brings guests to our lush fields of Chambourcin grapes. This robust and earthy offering boasts a tantalizing nose of ripe plums combined with flavors of pomegranate and dark chocolate. Our Chambourcin is blended with Petit Verdot and offers just an essence of oak.

Savage Norton 2005 Dry Missouri Red Wine
During excavation on the site of the Chandler cabin where the winery now stands a 1901 Savage rifle was found under the original stone foundation reflecting the bold character of those who lived off the land. Our Savage Norton combined with just the right amount of Cabernet Franc is equally bold. Enjoy the aroma of boysenberries along with the rich taste of black currant and dark cherry.

Norton Wine Review: Chandler Hill Vineyards may be the new kid on the block, but what a taste explosion they laid introducing their Norton "Savage" wine. After participating in a dinner tasting of six notable Missouri Nortons at St. Louis' 2008 Norton Wine Festival, this came out an overall first at our table from publicly available selections. This is an interesting winery that is proud of its historic surroundings. An easy place to relax with good wines and a restaurant that can provide soup, salads, & sandwiches.
