Bogati Winery is a small winery and wine bar located in the old Hill High Orchard building on Rt 7 in western Loudoun County, near Round Hill, Purcellville and Leesburg. Easily accessible from Northern Virginia, Fairfax County, Arlington, Alexandria and Washington, D.C., the goal of Bogati Winery is to provide a respite and escape from the hustle and bustle, a place to enjoy and explore our hand-made, Virginian wine a world away from traffic and the DC commute.
Bogati is owned and operated by the Bogaty family (of Veramar Vineyard acclaim). Two generations of our family pour our hearts and souls into crafting the best wine imaginable from grapes we grow right here in Virginia. When you step into Bogati's doors, you enter a world of winemaking that goes back thousands of years and spans the globe. From Malbec to Seyval Blanc to our signature "Fat Ass Red" blend, we want every wine we create to give our guests the best experience that Virginia wine can offer.
Our chic, unique tasting room and outdoor terrace are perfect as a place to savor our wines and simply relax and meet friends. We also offer free, high-speed wifi in our tasting room for those who want to bring a laptop and be productive. And since our space is so wonderfully rich in character and class, the venue is perfect for intimate wedding ceremonies, receptions and other private parties when you need an event venue near Leesburg or Purcellville, and an easy drive from Washington, D.C.

"B-Thin" Pinot Gris
This low-calorie wine uses a patent-pending method to capture all the taste of a traditional wine. With wonderful floral notes, ripe apple and prickly pear characteristics, it’s lively, crisp and aromatic.

"Collection I"
Our winemaker blended five different Bordeaux grape varieties for a wine with rich, noble flavors and a smooth finish. Collection I improves with age, turning different shades of red and changing from fruity and floral aromas to subtler woodsy scents over time.

"Fat Ass Red"
Fat Ass Red is a big, complex red wine blend that fills your nose and palate with notes of intriguing spices and a spectrum of lively, fruity sensations. You’ll be welcomed with hints of mocha and vanilla, followed by deep, rich flavors of black cherry and spicy tobacco.

"Tango Blue"
This wine has rich and intense flavors. Classic fruit aromas of lemons and limes, a hint of tropical fruit and dried herbs are present. The wine finishes with a soft, but fresh, acidity that balances the flavors’ intensity.

Malbec
The nose of this Virginia Malbec offers aromas of black cherry and crushed berries accented by vanilla, violets, pepper, and toast. The wine is smooth, plush, and full-bodied, with elegant structure and poise.

Seyval Blanc
This wine has delicate structure and firm acidity. Initial floral notes are followed by fruity hints of melon and citrus highlights. Its delicate palate is pleasant from entry to its long finish.

Viognier
This is a refreshing, smooth Viognier with vibrant aromas of honeysuckle and pineapple. On the palate, those notes of pineapple are paired with flavors of melon and vanilla which fill the mouth and finish seamlessly. It is white wine with the complexity and nuance you’d expect with a red.
