Golden Ale
A “very sweet brook” welcomed the cold and thirsty Pilgrims to Plymouth. Today, it provides us with the soft water that is perfectly suited for brewing lighter-colored and milder beers. Mayflower Golden Ale is crisp and dry with a slight malt flavor and a subtle hop spice. This straw-colored ale provides easy drinkability for the novice yet plenty of flavor for the most discriminating connoisseur.

Mayflower IPA
As the British Empire expanded, English brewers added extra hops to keep beer fresh for increasingly long sea voyages. The beer on board the Mayflower shared this trait. Mayflower IPA puts a descendant’s twist on this style, with a powerful hop profile balanced by plenty of malt character. We use the freshest hops from the Pacific Northwest to give this beer its distinct, piney flavor and delightful, fruity aroma.

Pale Ale
Traditional English pale ales have mild malt character and aroma offset by pronounced hop bitterness. Mayflower Pale Ale offers a New World take on this Old World favorite. It combines a slightly sweet and toasted malt quality from caramel malt with floral and citrusy aromas from the finest quality English and Americangrown hops. The result is a well-balanced, highly drinkable ale.

Porter
One hundred years after the Mayflower landed at Plymouth, a new beer style emerged in England. Taking its cues from “Three Threads”, a bartender’s blend of three distinct ales, Porter became the beer of choice for 18th-century Londoners. Mayflower Porter embraces this history. This complex brew is smooth and full-flavored with notes of roasted coffee beans and bittersweet chocolate that will warm the palate all year long.
