We made mistake by not buying a wine tasting. We bought a bottle of Seyval Blanc. It was awful. Thin, tasted like metal. Drank anyway. Bought a bottle of Cayuga White. At least it was consistently awful and thin. This is a shame, since the winery is beautiful with a vine covered arbor patio. Our friend said the reds were good. Maybe next time. We go to Missouri wineries frequently. This white wine was remarkably bad.

Norton Wine Review: Nice family farm area trying to produce an Italian style Norton wine. Unfortunately, this thin tasting attempt was not appealing to us since it did not have the bold flavors we normally associate with this wine produced by the small berried Norton grape.
