Serre (rhymes with “share”) Vineyards will welcome seasoned sommeliers and sipping neophytes alike. We want wine to be approachable and fun. You don’t have to know how to pronounce Beaujolais to enjoy a glass of it with your friends. Tucked into the Blue Ridge Mountains, Serre brings you a truly elevated North Carolina wine experience. Consider us for your next special event, which we'll ensure will be memorable. An inviting atmosphere paired with a wondrous backdrop, and some of Yadkin Valley’s best vintages, we’re hoping you’ll stay awhile. We are Serre Vineyards.

Georgia Norton
This native grape is as big, bold and brassy as any American. We have blended in a bit of Cabernet Franc to tame the beast and just a splash of Syrah to add a touch of fruit to the finish. If you are firing up the grill, this is the wine to open.

Petite Manseng
Made from the ancient grape of Southwestern France, this dry wine is so full of stone fruit flavors with an intense floral bouquet that it gives a perception of sweetness that is smooth and delightful. Our best white win
|
Viognier
Stainless steel aging preserves the Aromas of peach, apricot, and honeysuckle that follow through in the flavor. Followed by a crisp clean finish.
|
Yadkin Valley Cabernet Franc
Lighter and more approachable then its offspring Cabernet Sauvignon, this Cabernet Franc is fruit forward with soft tannins and a smooth finish of oak and berries.
|
Yadkin Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
This Cabernet Sauvignon begins with rich blackberry, black cherry and cassis fruit, with floral spice and tobacco on the nose. Then provides a supple mouthful of fruit with excellent structure, rich tannins and a lingering finish.
|
Yadkin Valley Chardonnay
This Chardonnay has focused flavors of vanilla and spice while maintaining citrus notes. "Sur Lies" aging in oak casks adds subtle nuances of caramel and toast to the overall taste profile.
|
Yadkin Valley Merlot
Rich, intense flavors of cherry, tea, and vanilla. A pleasing texture that is soft and round helps create a very approachable Merlot.
|
Yadkin Valley Syrah
Unlike its big bold Australian cousin, this Syrah is medium bodied, with bright red berry fruit flavors and just a touch of oak on the finish.
