The Cellars is licensed for wine sales and includes a commercially licensed distillery.

Maroon Blend
A blend of Norton and Chambourcin, with aromas of dark berry fruits and a hint of oak. Excellent with grilled meats and burgers.

Missouri Cynthiana
A medium-bodied dry red wine with lively, blended berry notes enveloped in subtle spice, which ends with a pleasant, soft finish.

Missouri Norton
A medium bodied Norton wine with black cherry, pepper and oak notes. Compliments beef stew, sausage, and other hearty fare.
