We love this Pinot Noir for its innocence and accessibility and think it is a great drinking wine at the grill through the warm Indian summer months and will be a nice pairing with turkey or ham at the holidays.

The backbone of this wine is Cabernet Sauvignon. Cabernet Franc and Malbec bring both softness and floral fruit components, Petit Verdot adds intense color and structure, while Merlot adds lively spice and herbal character. Aged in French and American oak for one year, this is a lovely Bistro-style wine.

Brilliant ruby in color, our Cabernet Franc displays mouth-watering aromas of candied cherry, raspberry and vanilla, with subtle hints of anise, caraway, white pepper, and black olive. Ripe, balanced tannins support a mouthfeel that is soft and silky, with intense flavors of cherry and spice. A long, lingering finish rounds out the wine with just a kiss of toasted oak at the end.

Deep ruby in color, this complex Cabernet Sauvignon exhibits luxurious nose of blackberry, black cherry, plum, black currant, black pepper, cola nut, and chocolate with a hint of black pepper and olive. The tannins are ripe and velvety, leading to a richly textured palate. The wine’s fresh, rich raspberry jam, blackberry, currant, and chocolate flavors lead to a long persistent finish of cherry and toasted oak vanilla.

Our Chardonnay exudes beguiling ripe, yellow apple, peach, honeyed citrus and light butter scents, with intriguing hints of anise and tarragon. On the beautifully structured palate, its bright apple, lemon and pineapple flavors boast a refreshing minerality that persists throughout the wine's long, clean finish.

Enticing, fragrant aromas of fresh citrus, green apple and peach fruit, accented by lovely honeysuckle and mineral scents. On the graceful palate, the wine's bright, lively, lemon-lime and peach flavors are given added zest by a refreshing minerality that threads through the wine's crisp, lingering finish.

Our Merlot is a deep ruby-purple color, displaying wonderful aromas of black cherry, blackberry pie, cedar and fresh pea shoots with hints of butterscotch clove, red and black pepper, and mint. The ripe, well balanced tannins are soft and silky. A rich mouthfeel bursts with intense cherry fruit, bay spice, and toasted oak, emerging in an elegant plummy finish.

The 2006 Pinot Noir displays beautiful aromas of freshly picked strawberries, raspberry jam, and rhubarb accented with hints of fresh fall leaves, clove, nutmeg, cinnamon, cream soda, and wood smoke. Bright and juicy, the palate bursts with flavors of cherry and strawberry with a creamy vanilla character. The tannins are ripe and supple, leading to a long, soft finish with a kiss of toasted oak and sassafras.

Our Viognier boasts seductive, perfumed aromas of rose petals, orange blossoms, lemon oil and white peaches, accented by hints of allspice. Fresh, rich citrus and peach flavors dominate the palate. The wine’s crisp finish makes it a versatile food wine.

This wine was fermented in French oak barrels for nearly 7 months and then returned to new French oak barrels for an additional 7 months of aging. Rich aromas of smoky oak, tropical fruit, ripe pear and citrus are the first to greet the nose in this beautifully complex wine. Crisp and mouth filling on the palate are flavors of pineapple and papaya caressed by oak. There is a gentle touch of spice in the long, lovely finish.

Gloriously perfumed aromas of spring flowers, ripe peaches, dried apricots, hazelnuts and orange blossom fill the gorgeous nose. On the palate, the wine's opulent, voluptuous texture frames intense, concentrated, peach and apricot flavors that pick up an intriguing hint of truffles in the decadently rich, succulent finish. In a word, delicious!

Crafted from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Malbec and Petit Verdot, with continually unfolding layers of complexity. The wine is rich in the nose with red berry-cherry fruit and enticing cedar cigar box aromas. The hillside fruit adds spice and dusty characteristics. The palate is lush and full, the use of oak is masterfully integrated so as to provide perfect spice without an overshadowing influence.

This lovely example of an age-worthy Chardonnay maintains an incredible youthfulness while developing the beautiful bottle bouquet that is the hallmark of our Library Selections.

Inky, deep purple in color, the 2003 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is redolent of ripe black cherry, dark plum, cassis, cola, chocolate, and leather. The lush palate is concentrated with flavors of blackberry, clove, black cherry, and sweet oak leading to a long, lingering finish.
