  Grove Strawberry
A long time favorite family recipe, this strawberry wine is unique. Finished like a French Rose. Berry flavors and a refreshing tartness make this the perfect front porch wine. This crispness lets it pair nicely with rich, creamy dishes.
  Grove Virginia Norton
Norton is a native-American grape that produces a robust red wine with big fruit flavors that ages well. Pair with red-meat and game. Before Prohibition, Norton wines were deemed the "best red wine of all nations" at a worldwide competition in Vienna. This rare, mysterious grape is making a comeback at better wineries in the Southeast. The Grove 2005 Norton is a suburb expression and a must for the serious wine collector.
  Grove Virginia Stainless Chardonnay
Michael Kelley's Cedar Springs Vineyard provided this excellent fruit from Clone 96 grape vines planted in 1997. 2005 was the vintage of the decade in the Piedmont of Southern Virginia and North Carolina. Lack of rainfall kept the sugars from going too high while allowing for a long hang time producing intense flavors.

rhodies says...
Norton Wine Review: We tried a Norton wine from Grove Winery & Vineyard which sports twenty-three different wine offerings from $9-to-$40. Luckily, their Norton wine was on the lower end of the numbers at $18. Again, this review is for their Norton wine only and does not make judgment of the wealth of other grapes/wines offered. Well, here goes, – I’ve never tasted anything so thin which tries to mimic flavored hard water. Grove could consider shifting their Norton grape efforts in another direction; as, Norton jams & preserves. It is truly amazing the efforts North Carolina is making with their wine industry (replacing tobacco), but in spite of heavy promotional advertising, we have been dreadfully disappointed with all their vineyard grown grape wines encountered so far.
