Our second vintage of this French/American hybrid. Rich, cassis taste. For steak and grilled meats, salmon and ribs.
  Brut Sparkling Wine
An elegant and light accompaniment to any meal. Matches nearly any brunch food you can dream up. Not just for weddings anymore. This is a particularly refreshing wine.

A French/American hybrid from New York state. One of our best sellers, makes a fine, fruity wine. Try it with grilled fish, veal dishes and chicken.

A rich flavored Native American variety, great with prime rib, steak and hearty stews.

Sweet, rich and fun to drink. We like it with spaghetti and other pasta dishes.

A sweet, fortified wine. A classic way to end a meal.
  Seyval
French/American hybrid, always one of our best. Nice fruit and nose, good body. Drink with chicken, fish or shellfish. Especially good with catfish.
  St. Pepein
This is 100% varietal St. Pepin, a hardy Northern Swenson Hybrid grape which produces a distinct rich spicy wine. Good with Mexican fare, German food, pork or ham dishes.
  St. Vincent
100% St. Vincent, a hardy midwestern variety with a hearty Merlot-like taste. Good with beef, spaghetti, chops and ribs.
  Vidal Blanc
The French/American hybrid which we do best. Always a winner. The 1997 is semi-dry with a forward fruit due to aging in stainless steel. Try with chicken, fish and veal dishes.
  Vignoles
A rich, forward French/American Hybrid. Serve with spicy Thai or Chinese foods, veal or chicken.
  White
A semi-dry blend of St. Pepin, Esprit and Vignoles. This is a light and citrusy sipping wine. The fresh flavor of grapes has been retained.
