Many years ago my first law partner made home made wine. His dandelion wine was the best I've ever had. Oliver's Mead comes close, but, until my wife brought a bottle of the rhubarb home, I had not found anything that was really the same as that home made dandelion wine. The rhubarb is an almost perfect match for the best taste in wine I have ever known. Well done!
