Vignoles

Vignoles Wine Details
Price:

Description: Profile: Dry White Grape Wine. Typically Vignoles is a semi-sweet wine but we fermented the wine to a dry state and aged the wine lightly on oak. Vignoles has characteristics of pineapple, citrus, and melon. Even though it has no residual sugar, it tastes almost semi-dry due to the fruitiness of the grape.

Varietal Definition
Vignole:
Commonly grown in the cooler regions of North America, this french-american hybrid used for making white dry, late-harvest and ice-wines has its origins in the Chardonnay grape. Currently very popular as a dessert wine because of its restrained fruitiness and good balance. Same as Ravat.
