A transitional red with clean accents, developed from red varietal estate fruit. Winemaker Mark Friszolowski softened the tannins by aging Classic Red in neutral oak for 6 months during the aging process. The brief oak aging makes for an uncomplicated wine with smooth red fruit flavors and a rich, clean finish.
