Cabernet Franc
Cabernet Sauvignon
An easy going dry red wine of soft medium body, a mix of red berry fruits and a touch of oak vanillin to tame the tannins. The wine was made with a blend of 1% Chambourcin to add color and structure depth along with a slight percentage of Merlot to add forward fruitiness on the palate. Almost 40% of the wine was aged in American Oak for over 15 months and then cold stabilized to reduce the acidity on the palate.
Cabernet Sauvignon Blanc de Noir
A Summer wine hit! A semi-dry rose’ style wine made from Cabernet Sauvignon and crafted to be served chilled. The wine was 100% stainless steel fermented with minimum skin contact and no oak addition. The slight 1% residual sugar complements the mild Cabernet tannins on the nose, with bing cherry, red crabapple and raspberry flavors to finish the palate. Easy to drink paired with a lazy picnic afternoon.
Chardonel
Chardonnay
Our Chardonnay is crafted with grapes from Kentucky and California winegrowers. It is 100% stainless steel fermented and oaked in American Oak barrels for 4 months to provide slight overtones of toasted flavors. The wine is light in style with a slight show of toast on the nose. It has enough green apple flavors for a crisp mouthfeel and a very slight hint of melon in the middle, followed by a touch of malo-lactic oak finish.
Claret
Briary overtones with a dollop of dark Bing cherry, bright tannins that impart fruit-forward flavors of a youn Cabernet/Merlot blend. Charms the palate with youthful berry fruit and medium body.
ERV Cellars Horseman's Red
This fruity vinted style of red table wine is a delicious blend of Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Chambourcin and Norton red grapes. Easy-going sipping and a tease of sweetness make this wine enjoyable with or without a meal. Best served lightly chilled to express its vibrant gush of flavors. Packaged in a 3-liter bag in box and is equal to four bottles of wine.
Holiday Blush
A light and refreshing blush-style sweet wine with strawberry forward flavors and a slight hint of Cabernet on the nose. Vinted from late harvest reds and Riesling, it shows fruity aromas and a beautiful salmon rose color.
Late Harvest Merlot
A dessert wine full of deep red berries and jammy overtones on the palate. It has a judicious touch of ripe juicy plum and a slight nose of oak. A perfect match for chocolate desserts or sipping by the fireside after dinner

Limited Release Reserve Merlot

Norton
Oak Chardonnay
Our crafted Chardonnay blend of 70% American aged oak and 30% new Hungarian oak. Light-bodied, soft on the palate with light apple, a hint of oak and a round finish.
Riesling
Vidal Blanc
Our ‘cult’ blue bottle wine sells as fast as it is bottled. It is 100% stainless steel fermented showing some fresh cut apple, stone fruit and a hint of lemon peel with a crisp, tart and clean semi-sweet finish. Refreshing, light-bodied and lively.
White Riesling
Our signature wine grown from clone 198 on 3309C rootstock and fermented 100% in stainless steel. The wine displays vibrant mouthfeel with a hint of young pineapple, ripe Bartlett pear and a lingering semi-sweet finish on the palate.
