Vignoles
Profile: Dry White Grape Wine.
Typically Vignoles is a semi-sweet wine but we fermented the wine to a dry state and aged the wine lightly on oak. Vignoles has characteristics of pineapple, citrus, and melon. Even though it has no residual sugar, it tastes almost semi-dry due to the fruitiness of the grape.
