Graceful and smooth, Bethlehem Valley’s sixth release of Chardonel is well balanced between fruit and barrel flavors. Very approachable and easy to pair with fresh foods, breads and lighter fare, this wine will fill your pallet with pear and light cream. The two-acre vineyard of Chardonel is on a wide spacing to maximize air movement, which also reduces disease and mildew problems and has reduced tonnage to maximize flavor.

Rich and full, our seventh release of Bethlehem Valley Norton is complex with softer flavors of toast, bourbon and all spice while leaving a nice balance of small berry fruits such as currant and black raspberry. Our Norton is an excellent food wine for more gourmet adventures. Mount Pleasant’s Missouri Governor’s Cup winning Norton came from this harvest from our 3-acre Norton vineyard. We are currently awaiting our Wine Spectator rating. This wine should age for the next five years.

Dry, bubbly white wine with good, crisp flavors and a beautiful light salmon color. Perfect for special occasions or perfect to make any occasion special. Made primarily from the Vidal grapes with and a very small amount of St. Vincent grapes.

Light, crisp dry white wine. The parents of this grape are Chardonnay and Seyval Blanc. Barrel fermented in Oak. Lightly oaked with a hint of citrus.

Cuvée Blanc is a blend of 90% Vidal Blanc and 10% Chardonnay all grown on the Estate at Mount Pleasant. We barrel ferment this wine in French Oak to bring out lovely butter and citrus notes.
